They are incapable of following even the lowest of accounting standards. Statement are sent to homeowners with the previous month balance and the current month starting balance and nary the two ever seem to match. Payments are frequently missing on the statements and the balances never seem to match. Then they use their ineptitude to declare homeowners to be in arrears on dues or late to pay their dues. I am convinced that, even with the help of a calculator, they cannot add 2 + 2 and get 4 for an answer.
Snow Property services is the worst Property Management accounting firm I have ever seen.

Not to be out done in the way of incompetence, Augustus Shaw of Shaw and Lines, LLC, is incapable of properly representing his client (in this case Carter Ranch Homeowners Association of Coolidge Arizona). On two occasions, he has THREATENED us with a lien on our home and court. In both occasions, he had no follow through. Pay attention homeowners, all we had to do was return a letter and advise him to bring it on. That we would love to see him in court "again". In our first foray, for flying a flag he didn't like) he was able to suck $30,000 out of the Carter Ranch HOA coffers with no advantageous result to the HOA. We the homeowners were simply left with $30,000 less in our bank account and he was $30,000 richer.
The moral to this story is, don't let Augustus Shaw of Shaw and Lines, LLC bully you. Stand up to him and he will likely fade into the woodwork and skulk away.
Hey Gus!! Last time to got the Carter Ranch HOA to pay you $30,000 to teach me the law about Rules and Restrictions. It was really clever of you.. Now put a lien on our house and take us to court for non-payment of dues and the HOA can pay you another $30,000 for me to teach you the law.
