    I told you so.

Do you know that old phrase “I told you so”. Well, “I told you so” At the HOA meeting in 2016 where the new monthly payment books were discussed, the homeowners were up in arms because the payments went from quarterly with a $15 late fee to monthly with the same $15 late fee. After several arguments, the Board decided to drop the late fee from $15 to $5 to match the new payment. I tried as hard as I could to tell all of you that the problem is not whether it is $5 or $15, it is all the rest of the fees they will tack on along with legal fees. See attached for an eye opening list of what happens if you are simply late by 20 days for a $36.33 dues payment.

I told you all later in a mailing that this was the problem with Snow Property Services running the Board. The last time Snow Property Services came after me, it cost the HOA close to $5500. Think about that for a minute. Who is the HOA? Right, you and me and 251 other homeowners all paid the bill for the arrogance of Mary Chaira and Snow Property Services. Doesn’t hurt her, she got paid and her legal buddies at Maxwell & Morgan also got paid. Well, this time I am prepared to go to court over this $110 charge. I will not pay it. Mary Chaira deliberately did not send us our payment book with the intent of us missing the January payment so she could do this. I look forward to the Judges opinion.

The rest of the 253 homeowners in this HOA will suffer the financial brunt of this fiasco when I counter sue for harassment.

Well, I got a follow up letter from the idiots at Snow Property Services. At least I only owe $120 now. Maybe when it gets to $200, I'll send them a couple $$ as down payment. Still interesting how they send a letter defining the late fee as $5 and then charge $35 or $45.

Well, got the third Late Payment fine and penalties. Those dumbasses at Snow Property Services forgot to up it $10 and it is more like a reminder still at $120. They are so ignorant, they don't have a clue what they are doing.

Since this old post, we have received 14 separate notices of late and/or missing dues payments. FOURTEEN TIMES IN TWO YEARS. So I put together a spread sheet with each and every check sent, date sent DATE IT CLEARED THEIR BANK, date it cleared our bank, etc. I sent the spreadsheet to Snow Property Mary Chaira. What did I get back? Notice of another late payment. The people at Snow Property Management are literally out of their minds. I told them on several occasions that we didn't owe anything and were never late and NEVER missed a payment. I asked if they wanted copies of any of the checks. What was her response, crickets. At one of the meetings I even had this discussion with the HOA lawyer and offered again copies of the checks. What did I get? He shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

If those idiots were wrong on 14 occasions with me, HOW MANY OF YOU do you think have been wrongly accused of being late or missing payments?
