Starting this year, I vow to not pay any of these late fees and defy them to do anything about it. If any of you have ended up in court for late or missing dues, please feel free to contact me. I would love to hear your story. They are so confused at Snow Property Management when it comes to payment of dues, they can't get any of it right. They can kiss my sorry butt before they will collect a dime. Based on their recent $29,000 expenditure over a simple flag, I think they are verifiably insane, or at the least inept.
