Don't you find it interesting that our illustrious HOA Board can spend $65,000 on a new playground for a couple dozen kids but can't seem to find $200 to send out a mailing once a quarter to keep homeowners abreast of what is going on? Constant changes to Rules and Regulations, so I hear, but not a word to the Homeowners. However, they expect you to follow the new Rules and Regulations even though you don't have a clue what they are. They even have a website for such updates but can't even spend a few minutes doing that. This is the saddest HOA Board we have had in 13 years.
