Jonathon :
"Hello, Tom! I wanted to reach out and apologize for the poor level of service you received several years ago. I have since acquired Snow Property Services and am working hard to turn that image around. If you still live in a community we manage, I’d love to connect and see if your impression of us has improved. Either way, I hope you will reconsider your review."
My Response :
"We were the first house occupied on Central Ave. We closed and moved in June 2005. It was agreat place to live. Then, 10 years later in September 2015, Snow Property management took over and it all went down hill. During those first 10 years, if a vacant house or one occupied by elderly needed lawn care, one or the other or multiple homeowners would get together and fix it. When Snow took over, it was letter after letter (fine after fine) for the most mundain reasons. Mary Chaira was litteraly a pain in the ass. Right off the start in January 2016, we started getting notice of late payments for dues almost every month. The bill got up over $1000. Then we got a threat from the lawyer that Snow was going to put a lein on the house and take us to court. So I put together a spreadsheet with all of the checks and dates. Never one missing or late. Without so much as a how-do-you-do, the bill was dropped to zero and, guess what, the next month we got a late payment. A lot of the homeowners had high hopes it would be different when Snow sold off to you. Low and behold, same old, same old. Now, if you have any balls, put a lein on our house and take us to court. Let's let a judge figure it out. But, I know, like Mr. Snow, you have no balls either and it will simply go on and on. I promise that, if you take me to court, I will act as my own legal defense against Gus Shaw. I know him better now and I can beat him with one hand tied behind my back. After all, he is also a coward and a poor lawyer."
