Well, the new playground equipment is installed. For those that do not go to meetings and do not get updates, the HOA Board just spent $65,000.00 on that equipment. Not too bad when you figure that there are probably 25-30 children in carter Ranch of age to play on it. That is about $2100 per child of money well spent, right? Well, we report, you decide. I think t is nuts to spend that much money on something so underutilized.
