Last year I sent out a letter and sent copies to the Carter Ranch HOA Board of Directors. This letter was returned from the Vice-President of the HOA. As you can see, on the back of the envelope he drew and upside down cross and labeled it as "Your Cross". Obviously and anti-Christian response and filled with hate. One can only take that as Christians, in his view, are not welcome in Carter Ranch.
